We do not guarantee that our overseas warehouses must have inventory. The inventory levels displayed on the website may change rapidly. Even if we show that it is in stock on our website, it does not mean that the product is actually in stock. The product may have been sold when the order is placed. The return cost shall be borne by the returner.

23. Pricing errors
 
Due to human error, our site may list an occasional incorrect price. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, eiddecor cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer before the order is placed. At that time the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel their order completely. eiddecor makes every effort to provide reliable information; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information appearing on the website. The website may contain errors and omissions relating to product description, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct or update errors or omissions and to change information at our discretion without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel an order for a product in the event of an error or omission in the description of such product, including incorrect pricing information, whether due to a typographical error, an error in information received from our suppliers, or otherwise.
 
24. Cancelled orders

You may cancel an order that has not been shipped within 2 days after the order is confirmed unless it is a special order or customized product. We reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee of a minimum of up to 25% for any orders canceled after 2 days. All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by our customer service. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, and the client is responsible for any outbound and return shipping charges.
